Around the China High Tech Fair (CHTF), taking place from 26–28 November 2026, we will explore opportunities to establish a strong and representative Dutch presence in Shenzhen, similar to the Dutch positioning at MWC in Barcelona..

In addition to attending the conference and exhibition, the mission will include visits to leading technology companies and innovation hubs in the region, including Huawei (founded in Shenzhen), ZTE, China Telecom, and other relevant ICT and high-tech organizations. The program will be developed in co-creation with participants to ensure it aligns closely with shared interests, strategic priorities, and business objectives.

Expected participation costs range from €5,690 to €8,460 per participant, including organization, travel, and accommodation for the period 23–30 November 2026 (including travel time).

Participants of NL@MWC receive a €150 discount.

Dutch private companies (BVs, NVs, VOFs) and foundations may be eligible for a €1,500 subsidy through the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), provided they have not previously participated in a China trade mission with RVO support.
