On Wednesday evening november 19th, the (Young) Telecom Society held its annual Start-up Pitching Event at the VodafoneZiggo headquarters in Utrecht. The event brought together more than 100 telecom professionals for an inspiring showcase of early-stage innovation. Five promising start-ups delivered their pitches, highlighting new solutions in network efficiency, secure detection, digital infrastructure, and next-generation connectivity.

And the winner is… RadioSense!
Integer Technologies B.V. captured the audience award with their compelling approach to smart systems engineering. But it was RadioSense that impressed the professional jury most. Their privacy-conscious radio-frequency sensing technology can instantly identify anomalies such as unexpected presence, security breaches, or fall incidents—triggering immediate alerts without relying on intrusive cameras. A powerful example of innovation with societal impact.
What the winner receives
As the winner, RadioSense receives a partner package for the Netherlands Pavilion at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 in Barcelona. Sponsored by Ecosystem Services (NL@MWC), this award gives start-ups a rare opportunity: access to the world’s largest and most influential global telecom and digital-tech stage. For young companies, visibility at MWC can open doors to international partners, investors, and scaling opportunities that would otherwise take years to reach.
